Shipping and Policy
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover
cards. We also offer Google Checkout and PayPal.
Shipping is by UPS.
Defective merchandise or shipping damage
must be reported immediately.
Defective merchandise must be returned
within 20 days of purchase. All returns must have an authorization
number (RA). Please telephone or email for instructions for return
procedures.
Shipping damage: If an item is damaged in
shipping, we put in a UPS claim. Please assist us in keeping the box,
packing materials etc. Customer must notify Chess Sets Online
immediately about shipping damage.
If customer is dissatisfied with an item,
he/she can return it for a full refund less hipping charges. The item
must be returned to us in good saleable condition and customer pays for
return shipping. If the item is damaged because of poor packing there
will be a 50% restocking fee deducted from the refund.
**Chess Piece Replacement: We will
replace chess pieces as needed over time for a nominal charge. The
charge per piece depends on the set and customer pay shipping.
Item SKUs ending in TC
*** If customer receives defective
merchandise, they can only exchange it for a similar product or equal or
lesser value.
*** Closeout items cannot be returned.
